- All prices of gifts
are in UAE Dirhams..
- Your credit card
account will be charged in U.A.E. Dirhams and the exchange rate in USD will be as
prescribed by your Issuing bank.
- Orders will be
confirmed and executed only with the full payment, according to the actual value of the
order.
- No cancellations are
allowed on the day of delivery.
- Should any particular
item be out of stock, emiratesflowers.com reserves the right to replace it with an item of
equivalent or higher value.
- Emiratesflowers is a gift website and runs with affiliation with local flower/cake & gift shops. Emiratesflowers will not be responsible for items supplied by its affiliates or agents in a bad condition and also for any delays or mismanagement caused due to them.

always strives to do its best to deliver at the specified time. However, there will be
rare occasions that this cannot be accomplished due to circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, emiratesflowers.com will not be liable for any claims arising out of such
situations and the delivery will not be constituted as bad delivery.
- Emiratesflowers.com
will also strive to maintain anonymity for anonymous orders. However, in some cases it may
become necessary to reveal the identity of the sender. We will not be held responsible for
any outcomes this may cause.
- Normally,
Emiratesflowers.com shall obtain an acknowledgement of delivery from the recipient of the
gift and email all the particulars to the user, but cannot be responsible for a
mis-delivery if the receiver of the gift at the address on the order form misappropriates,
damages or fails to hand over the gift to the person named on the order form or
impersonates and takes delivery posing himself to be the correct person.
Emiratesflowers.com shall take due caution at the time of delivery to deliver the gift to
the correct person at the address on the order form, but disclaims any responsibility for
claims, damages, and/or compensation.
- Normally,
Emiratesflowers.com has a right to approve or decline any order based on their evaluators discretion of risk/fraud/misrepresentaion of information or any other reason of concern. This right is reserved without any prior notice or subsequent clarification.
- All prices are
inclusive of cartage, service charges, packaging and all other costs involved with the
process of ordering and delivering.
- All trademarks and
products are owned by their respective companies and brand owners.
- If
emiratesflowers.com is unable to deliver the gifts ordered, within a stipulated time as
per the delivery agreement, i.e. up to a maximum of 4 days (please note that owing to
traffic conditions and delivery schedules, delivery may not always be possible in the time
requested of less than 96 hours), the customer shall be entitled to a full refund. This
means that the delivery of all gifts beyond the time and date chosen but up to 4 days will
not be constituted as bad-delivery but thereafter will entitle the customer to a full
refund.
- If
Emiratesflowers.com is unable to deliver the flowers and/or gifts ordered within a
reasonable period of the stipulated time and the customer decides to cancel the order 24
hours before delivery is made, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund.
- Users will understand
that the photographs of the products displayed are generic in nature and the actual
product (though rarely) may differ in appearance when delivered.
Emiratesflowers.com will not accept
responsibility for late or non delivery of gifts/flowers ordered in the following
circumstances:
- The recipient of the
flowers and/or gifts is not present at the address given and there is no one else present
to receive the delivery.
- The address given is
incorrect.
- No valid telephone
number for the recipient is given and/or the telephone number given is incorrect.
- Emiratesflowers.com
will make 3 attempts to contact the customers. In the event that the recipient has been
called away from home unexpectedly without the knowledge of the customer, or if there is
any other reason for non-delivery emiratesflowers.com will not liable. In such
circumstances, it will be at our discretion to arrange a refund or a credit for a future
order.
- All purchases
either singly or in combination above USD 150 are to be paid through bank transfers only.
Online payment with credit card will not be accepted,unless approved manually by the bank.
