DELIVERY POLICY

• There is No service charge for items delivered.
• Cities covered in majority of the countries are their capitals or major cities only.Villages & Towns or outskirts are not covered. You may contact us in advance for further information.
• Delivery Areas are as follows:
  Dubai - City limits(Bur Dubai,Deira,Garhoud,Satwa,Jumeirah and sheikh zayed road upto interchange 2
  Sheikh Zayed Road - Interchange 2 to Interchange 5
  Internet-Media City - Dubai Internet & Media City
  Emirates Hills - Emirate Hills,Dubai Marina,Jumeirah Lake Towers, Springs, Meadows, Greens, Al Barsha, Al Quoz
  New Dubai - Arabian Ranches,Jumeirah Island, Palm Island,Green Community,Discovery Gardens, Academic City, Dubai Silicon Oasis
  Jebel Ali - Dubai Jebel Ali Area, Gardens, Palm Jebel Ali and surrounding areas
  Mirdiff - Mirdiff and surrounding areas
  Quasais - Al Quasais
  Festival City - festival city, rashidiya and surrounding areas
  Other Emirates - Al Ain, Umm al Quain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Mussafah, Ajman
  
• Delivery of flowers & other gift items is possible within city limits only.The minimum value of order for Jebel Ali, Arabian Ranches, Jumeirah Island, The Palms, Mirdiff is AED 350.
• DELIVERY IS FREE.
• Delivery time ranges from 24 hours to 96 hours depending on the items and its destination. Orders received for delivery within U.A.E. will be done in 24 - 48 hours. Our delivery timings are 10.00 a.m. to 1 p.m. & 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday through to Thursday (Dubai time - GMT+4.00).
• Orders received after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day especially those received on Thursdays will be delivered on the upcoming Saturday, unless special and agreed upon.
• Arrangements have been made for orders scheduled for delivery on Fridays and Public Holidays to be made on the next working day.
• Delivery of flowers on Valentines day will depend on the date and time of the order and no guarantee of delivery on 14th of Feb or any other occasion can be made, if the order is placed 48-72 hours before the occasion or if the recipient is not contactable or if a convenient time of delivery cannot be set on the requested date.
